All Magic Sing systems we sell come with a one year manufacturer limited warranty. 

Product Support is not available for Magic Sing systems purchased from other stores.   However, we may offer repair service under Out-of-Warranty*** procedure as outlined below.


Instructions for RMA(Return Merchadise Authorization)

If you have a problem with the Magic Sing system that has been purchased from MagicMicStore.com in the one year warranty period, please follow instructions below:

Inside United States:

For delivery date within 14 days of RMA request

1. Use our troubleshooting guide to solve your problem.

2. If you still have the problem, contact us via phone or email(Please have your order number before contacting us).  If the product seems defective, we'll issue an RMA Number with a return label for the return of the item in question.  Please fill out the RMA form enclose it on the return shipment and write the RMA number on the return package.  We are not responsible for returns without the RMA number.

3. Upon receipt of the return, our technician will inspect the item in question.

a) If the item is a manufacturer defect; we'll ship a replacement within 1 to 2 business day of inspection(for 2 to 7 business day delivery).

b) If the item is not a manufacturer defect(if the problem is by abnormal use as outlined in the Manufacturer Warranty Policy); we'll notify you with an estimate to repair the item(with both inbound and outbound shipping and handling charges).

For delivery date over 14 days but within 1 year of RMA request

1. Use our troubleshooting guide to solve your problem.

2. If you still have the problem, contact us via phone or email(Please have your order number before contacting us). If the product seems defective, we'll issue an RMA Number*.  Please ship** your unit with the complete RMA form and the RMA number on the package to:

For delivery date over 14 days but within 1 year of RMA request

Please enclose a non-refundable $15 service charge(money order or personal check payable to "MagicMicStore").  By sending your microphone for repair you agree that the service charge is not refundable even if your system is not repaired.

3. Upon receipt of the return, our technician will inspect the item in question.

a) If the item is repairable; we'll contact you with the repair estimate and the repair time.  $15 service fee will be applied to the repair bill.

b) If the item is not repairable; we'll contact you with a return shipping estimate.  Your item will be returned "as is" upon your payment(please allow 3 to 7 business day for delivery).   $15 service fee will not be refunded.

Manufacturer Limited Warranty Policy

The manufacturer, EnterTech, warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under generally accepted industry standards for a period of one year for labor and parts from the date of retail purchase.  EnterTech's warranty obligations are limited to the terms and conditions set forth below: 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. If a defect or defects exist, at its option ET will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts provided the product does not fall into one of the categories of Section Number 9. "The warranty does not cover a below:  " Replacement parts are warranted for the balance of the original applicable warranty period.

2. To obtain warranty protection, notice of the alleged defects must be given promptly with proof of purchase(invoice/order confirmation email from Authorized Resellers) upon discovery to one of our authorized service centers.

3. Our decision on all questions with respect to complaints as a result of defects, either materials or workmanship, shall be conclusive.

4. In order to ensure that you are covered by the warranty, you should use only genuine ET's parts and components such as adapters, cables provided during installation.

5. EnterTech or Authorized Service Centers will repair products under warranty at no charge, given all guidelines and restrictions are followed. Shipping expenses may or may not apply to customer depending on the region. Please contact local service center before sending any units in for repair.

6. After warranty period, to have normal service, customers shall bear all costs in shipping the product(s) for both ways(Customers to service centers and Service centers to customers).

7. All of returned products must be packaged appropriately, and it is recommended that they be insured or set by a method that provides for tracking of the package.  The recipient(service center(s) or even ET) is not responsible for any product that is lost or damaged in transit.

8. Please be noticed that the warranty will not be effective and all costs of both after service and shipping in-and-out shall be customer's responsibility if the unit sent for repair has been purchased outside of the United States.

9. The warranty does not cover as below:

1) Defects, damage and breakage resulting from accidents, misuse(breakage, spillage of food/liquid substances that defect the product and parts such as PCB, battery leakage, etc...), wrong usage of electrical supply and voltage, abuse, alteration, modification, improper testing(operation, installation), tampering or failure of the purchaser to follow normal operating procedures described in the user's manual.

2) Product subject to unauthorized dis-assembly and/or repairs which adversely affect the performance of the product.

3) In case of non-authorized third party engagement.

4) Normal and customary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains.

5) Scratches and damages to the outer surface areas and externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.

6) Claims for damaged/missing parts or accessories after 3 days from the original date of good(s) received.

7) Product which has it's serial number removed or tempered(altered or made illegible).

8) It the warranty card is being altered, defaced or erased in any manner whatsoever.

9) Accessories in the product package provided by ET such as adapters, cables, and batteries which are considered as consumable articles.

10) The warranty period for a voice coil inside the mic ball of a mic is 6 months from the date of retail purchase.


10. Any service charge due to the clauses of "The warranty does not cover" will be billed to customers and the service charge will vary depending on the service center. Please consult the service charge with your nearest service center.
