How do I return an item?

WARRANTY All of our microphones come with one-year warranty. Warranty does not apply to any damaged products. If there is any damage or misuse (trying to open it and fix it on your own) the warranty is voided. Do not send your submic, chips, and song books when returning for repair. Just return the microphone.

All cables/AC adaptors are not covered with the warranty and tampering with any microphone voids the warranty. If a battery is left in the microphone and the battery leaks the warranty is voided. If we can't repair it, we will replace it at no additional cost. If you just bought it and it doesn't work then will exchange it for a new one.

We also offer lifetime technical support over the phone and email.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ANY TYPE OF RETURNS OR CLAIMS

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange item purchased, we will gladly exchange it to any item in our website within 30 days from the day it has been delivered. The product must be in it's original box with all included accessories. If there are any physical damages(scratches, dents, etc...), the product can't be exchanged. If you have received free shipping on your order, then you have to pay for the shipping and handling on exchanged item. If any item is missing or damaged, you will be charged.

RETURNS

If you've purchased any product in this website and want to return, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from the day it has been delivered. You have to call us immediately and let us know that you want to return it. There will be a standard 10-25% re-stocking fee. The product must be in its original box with all included accessories. If there are any physical damages(scratches, dents, etc...), the product can't be exchanged. If you have received free shipping on your order, you will be also charged for the amount we have paid to ship the product to you. If any item is missing or damaged, you will be charged

Please note that prior approval and RMA number is necessary for all warranty claims, exchanges and returns. Shipping cost for all returns with a RMA number is the responsibility of the customer. However, we will pay shipping(one way) for all warranty covered repairs or exchanges in the U.S.. For the international customer, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
